Sorry if its been posted already, but Cadillac released an interior shot of the new Escalade. I'm pretty impressed. Far more premium than the past three generations.

They shoved Cue in a Silverado, didn't even change the shifter. I would also bet a beer on those are the same rough A-pillars in 20k silverado. Sorry but ...

Nice interior... Still a useless truck though. Want something big, roomy, comfortable and good on the road? Get a wagon.

Yeah, youre right, I guess as a money making formula it works pretty well. If people are willing to shell out 70k for a premium Suburban, might as well keep doing it.

Parts bin aside, I think its still a pretty big step forward compared to 07.

The CTS Sportwagon is definitely one of my favorite cars of all time, but lets face it, to most Americans it looks like a mom car. I've tried so hard to get my friends and even family to realize just how awesome it is, but at the end of the day the response is always "it would look better without that back part."

Suburbans and Escalades are the American wagon it seems, and I have to admit to you, I love big SUVs even if car for car I'd rather have the CTS.

I'm not blown away. All luxury car interiors are looking more and more alike.

well that puppy is going to cost $70k now. They are getting so ridiculously expensive, along with all the other SUV's

Ah the Jalopnik creedo! :)

I've had wagons and currently own a Suburban, sorry but the space difference is about the size of a Prius (depending on the wagon). Wagons are awesome, but they can't do everything.

That does actually look like the same grab handle on the passenger side, sooo .... I bet thats the roughest plastic in a 80k SUV.

Seems to me (maybe it's the area I live in) but most people don't use trucks as... well... trucks. Sure, maybe every once in a while they buy a ton of plants or something from Home Depot, but for the most part, they just use it to haul kids around (because they erroneously think big truck = super safe). They basically use an SUV in place of a wagon.
